1. Be sure to put an identifying mark on the back of each photo so each person will know which are theirs.
2. Eliminate duplicates and poor quality pictures . We can enhance and improve poor resolution, torn, and/or cracked photographs for your VideoScrapbook™, but this requires a small additional charge. In many cases it is worth the added expense to preserve rare or one of a kind pictures that are important to you and your family. Talk to one of our representatives for pricing details.
3. On the back of each picture in the upper left-hand corner, number the pictures sequentially in the order you want them to appear, starting with #1, 2, 3, etc. Do not press too hard when numbering the pictures and do not use a ballpoint pen. If you want a caption or title for a picture, please print it on the middle portion of the back of the picture. Please keep titles as brief as possible because you do not want the title to overwhelm the photo. Also, enclose a typed list of what captions you want for each picture, if applicable.
4. Create a high quality tape or compact disc recording of music or other sounds you want accompanying your VideoScrapbook™ presentation. Have the music reflect the mood and ambience you desire. Consult one of our representatives for ideas and length of recording.
5. Next, mail your pictures and music in a protective box or shipping container that can be found at any U.S. Post Office. We suggest insurance for rare or unique photographs.
6. Complete the order form (if not ordering electronically).
